Mix soda in refined flour and knead a soft dough by using some salt water. keep the dough aside for 20 minutes.
For filling: mix all ingredients for the filling and divide into small portions
Roll out a thin round with the dough and place the filling at the centre. Make dumplings by using some water .
Steam the dumplings into a steamer for 10 minutes and serve hot with schezwan chutney and mayonesse
